GAYE CAWOOD REALTY is pleased to confirm that one of the most successful rental agents in the area is our very own expatriate, Garth Humphries, who has been heading up our rental division since 2004. Garth moved to Johannesburg in 2003 and has lived in two of the estates we represent, Fourways Gardens and Dainfern Valley.
Garth's invaluable insight into the process of relocating you and your family has proved to be beneficial to many of our potential lessees. His optimism and enthusiasm for our wonderful "South Africa" has been extremely helpful when introducing ex-pats who are of a slightly nervous disposition having been exposed to some of the over zealous negative publicity Johannesburg receives in some countries.

Working alongside Garth is Sue de Boer. Sue is a long term resident of Fourways Gardens and has a passion for marketing the secure lifestyle the gated communities offer. Having been involved in the building and construction industry for over 20 years, Sue has an intimate knowledge of the area. Sue has made finding the "right home for the right people" her motto.
Bev is Garth and Sue's capable and willing assistant who is always there to assist tenants and landlords with the rental process and any problems which may arise.
